External use / Äußere Anwendung: Abhyangam (Body massage/Körpermassage), Pichu (Localized oil padding/lokale Ölauflage), Dhara (Localized oil pouring/lokaler Ölguss) and Pizhichil (Oil pouring treatment all over the body/Ölguss am ganzen Körper).
For all the treatment methods other than body massage, medical supervision is necessary.
