External use / Äußere Anwendung: Abhyangam (Body massage / Körpermassage),
Shirodhara (Oil pouring over head/Öl über den Kopf gießen), Shirovasthy (Oil pooling overhead/Öl über den Kopf gießen), Pizhichil (Oil pouring treatment all over the body/Öl über den ganzen Körper gießen) and Shiropichu (Oil padding up on the head/Öl auf den Kopf auftragen).
For all the treatment methods other than head and body massage, medical supervision is necessary.
